Open book is a pricing model for the implementation of construction projects, also called “Cost plus” (cost plus) or “Cost-reimbursable” (cost reimbursement), according to which the contractor is paid all of his pre-agreed (allowable) costs, as well as remuneration and, in in some cases, additional incentives for achieving or exceeding project goals.
