The designed dormitory for 345 places will be built in a modern format
Each residential unit is designed to accommodate up to three students and has its own kitchenette with induction hob, oven and sink; own plumbing room with shower, sink and toilet according to the format of international student accommodation. There are shared laundry facilities in the basement. Maintenance of engineering systems will be carried out directly from the corridor, following the example of hotel rooms, without interfering as much as possible with the personal space of resident students. During the construction of the dormitory, modern finishing materials will be used in the interior and exterior in a minimalist style, which is approved by the majority of students of the Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Moreover, energy-saving double-glazed windows, ventilated facades, smart engineering infrastructure systems: leakage sensors, etc., wireless access zones to the Internet and educational information systems of the international educational corporation (IEC) will create maximum comfort for students.
The safety of student residents will be ensured by the Face ID system, which has been successfully adapted in all IEC buildings.
