ABOUT THE PROJECT

A complete reconstruction has been carried out

The design, general construction and finishing works were completed on time. All engineering communications of the building were replaced (ventilation, power supply and sewerage)

Facades

A ventilated facade made of aluminum panels on a metal frame with insulation made of non-combustible materials was installed;

Single-chamber aluminum stained-glass windows were installed using energy-saving and multifunctional glazing with a Silver color tinting effect;

The height of the 4th floor was increased with a metal frame with a ventilated all-metal roof;

Installation of external façade lighting has been completed;

Engineering

A main distribution board (MDB) with two power supply inputs has been installed;

Aluminum cables were replaced with copper cables with separation of lighting panels;

Lighting and socket groups were replaced;

A ventilation system was installed in each room in accordance with the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (VTS-KKB, Poland);

The split system was replaced with a VRF system, and a multi-split system with floor zoning was introduced;

Installation of a block heat substation (BHS) was carried out;

Internet wi-fi and cable provided;

A security system with zoning was installed on the floors, as well as at the entrance using Face ID.
