Territory

Exterior decoration
External walls - heat blocks GOST 31360-2007. Wall insulation - mineral wool board;
External wall decoration made of decorative stone with decorative elements from lamellas, on a metal frame;
Plinth cladding - granite;
Porch cladding - porcelain tiles, granite;
Windows made of custom-made brown aluminum profiles filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows;
Doors (external) are insulated metal with a threshold.
Interior decoration
Three types of suspended ceilings are used: decorative plaster, "Luxalon" and plasterboard on a metal frame;
Walls and ceilings are painted with water-based paint twice. In the industrial premises of the dining room, showers and sanitary units, the walls are finished with ceramic tiles in accordance with GOST 6141-91;
Floors in the corridors, lobby and dining room, in the industrial premises of the dining room are made of porcelain tiles, in restrooms, showers, and industrial premises of the dining room from ceramic tiles GOST 6787-2001, in residential premises - commercial linoleum, laminate, parquet;
Internal doors - wooden, in wet rooms, metal with a threshold in technical rooms.
