The company has successfully completed a major renovation of the KAU building, upgrading both interior and exterior spaces to meet modern standards of quality and functionality.
Space Reconfiguration
Demolition of 1,265 m2 of partitions and installation of 741 m2 of new ones
Electrical and Network Systems
Complete rewiring and installation of new low-voltage and electrical systems
Armstrong ceiling installation (4,353 m2) and water-based ceiling painting (5,553 m2).
Wall leveling and finishing (plastering, primer, and painting): 16,237 m2.
Flooring updates: linoleum in classrooms (5,873 m2), porcelain tile in corridors (2,353 m2), and restrooms (657 m2)
Interior Finishes
Windows
Repair and adjustment of window systems, replacement of sills, and partial replacement of glass panes and handles
Flushing of heating and sewer systems
Renovation and reconfiguration of restrooms, including new fixtures, piping, and partitions
Replacement of air conditioners, fire risers, and electrical panels
Ventilation upgrades and installation of drinking fountains
Restrooms and Utilities
Stairwells
Repairs to the main and fire escape staircases, wall and ceiling finishes, installation of motion-sensor lighting, and porcelain tile flooring (467 m2).
Doors and Partitions
Installation of 292 classroom doors and 18 stairwell doors, along with glass partitions and entry structures (223 m2).
Designer wall painting in corridors and main entrance areas (2,543 m2).
Installation of heating cables in storm drainage systems
All work was completed with a strong focus on safety and comfort, ensuring a high-quality environment for students, faculty, and visitors
