ABOUT THE PROJECT
A complete reconstruction of the KazGASA school building was carried out
Design, general construction and finishing works were carried out within the specified time frame. Internal engineering work on electricity, ventilation and sewerage was carried out.
Facades
A KalesinterFlex ventilated facade was installed on a metal frame with insulation made of non-combustible materials;
Aluminum single-chamber energy-saving stained-glass windows and multifunctional double-glazed windows were installed;
Basement walls were waterproofed;
An all-metal roof was installed with a 5-year warranty;
An additional 3rd floor has been added;
A sports hall, 7 meters high, has been added;
External lighting of the facades was carried out.
Engineering
The number of power supply inputs has been increased to 4, including 2 inputs for the entire building and 2 inputs separately for the dining room;
The electrical installation equipment was replaced with equipment from the European brand – Legrand;
The lighting was replaced with designer LED lamps;
More than 10,000 linear meters were stretched. copper cables;
The ventilation system in each room was set up in accordance with the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Korf, Russia);
A split air conditioning system was installed in the administrative premises (Gree);
The smoke removal system has been configured in accordance with the standards of the RoK.
