ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our design and construction company has successfully completed the reconstruction of the sports and recreation building for students and an extension on the south side of the KazGASA building
The goal of the work was to create a comfortable stay for students involved in sports and the military department at the same time, with a full-fledged training ground and the possibility of installing military equipment on the territory of the educational building. An extension was also made to the sports complex on the south side, creating space for a wrestling and boxing gym, with a complex of showers and locker rooms. The basement for the shooting range and weapons storage area were re-equipped, and all communications of the building as a whole were replaced, including ventilation, electricity and sewerage. A video surveillance network has been installed. The sports surface of the main sports hall was replaced with new markings. An emergency exit has been added directly from the gym, which was not there before.
WORK COMPLETED
We differentiated the student flows
In the reconstructed building, the flow of students was demarcated in the area of the sports complex and the military department by installing a security post and reception, as well as a turnstile area in the hall. Each floor was redesigned in accordance with the Code of Rules (CR) of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Building Standards (BS) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We provided new faсade finishing
We provided a new finish for the facade from metal cassettes on a metal frame, insulated the entire facade according to the thermal engineering calculations, and also protected the insulation with windproof film.
Glazing was carried out according to safety regulations
The glazing was chosen in accordance with safety regulations - it is tempered impact-resistant glazing
The new project is distinguished by safety, quality, functionality and aesthetic appearance.
